Multi-Sports

Our multi-sports clubs cater to children of all ages, abilities, and interests – during the course of a term, the children will be introduced to several different sports, including dodgeball, hockey, rounders, tag rugby, basketball, athletics, and netball. These sessions are the perfect way to introduce a child to a new sport but they also cater for the experienced sports enthusiast.

Key principles:

Learn through play  – all sessions will start with a warm-up followed by some fun games to teach particular skills – at the end of each session there will then be small-sided matches where the children will get a chance to put into practice the skills learned.

Technical skills – we are big believers in introducing children to the widest range of activities possible and giving them every opportunity to find their passion. That is why we only work with coaches who have extensive experience in coaching the sports we offer.

Skills for life – emphasis is placed on skill development, teamwork, and personal growth rather than winning matches.

Age-appropriate & inclusive – rules are adapted to be more suitable for young children, making games easier to understand and play. Children are taught the basics of each sport in a simple and engaging way. Children are split into groups depending on their age and ability, so that they can progress at their own pace, without pressure.
