Meet Lauren,
Director & Co-Founder of Ripple Academy
Lauren Brookes is a qualified primary school teacher and a certified mindset consultant. She co-founded Ripple Academy in order to bring to life her vision of providing children in Greater Manchester with varied experiences that help them to discover their passion and purpose.
Having spent six years working as a primary school teacher, Lauren understands first-hand what schools, parents, and children want from their external clubs. These insights have shaped our Ripple Promises, the customer service promises that we make to every parent and school who makes use of our services.

At Ripple Academy, we offer a wide variety of extra-curricular experiences that allow children to develop a range of fundamental and transferable skills, all whilst having lots of fun! We truly believe that the skills children learn outside of the classroom have a ripple effect – they can be the building blocks for academic success and can become invaluable later in life.
Through a wide variety of holistic extra-curricular experiences, our mission is to create a positive ripple effect that benefits the children for life and by extension benefits our entire Greater Manchester community.
